Herewith I would like to introduce myself to you as visitor of my ThinkBuzan profile named “Claudia Boon, represent of ThinkBuzan and a full licensed ThinkBuzan instructor and advanced iMindmap instructor” with a global working area.

In 2008, I started my own company, called Business in Balance, which gathers as much knowledge as needed to give reliable company advice to companies who are struggling with their goal settings and budgets.

Business in Balance was hired as freelance company advisor by several small companies and multinationals, to analyse risk identifications, develop action plans to reduce risks and maximize market opportunities and it also changed management strategy pathways using the PDCA/A3 formula. During these roles, I felt something was missing, especially knowledge sharing and using my creativity with other people. I found a way to change the way of sharing and implementing all gained knowledge, so I followed a Train the Trainer programme via a well-known training company here in The Netherlands, called KSGBerenschot and got a certified as an all-round trainer in October 2010. During this training I received some tiny information about Mindmapping, which inspired me so much, that I wanted to get to know more about this tool, so read almost all of Tony Buzan’s books and decided that I wanted to change my company direction and became a fully licensed Buzan Instructor so I’m able to share this tool with many of you all around the world in a decent way, so companies and children can structure their mind, because it’s proven that linear note taking isn’t helping all people!

The most important value for trainings followed via Business in Balance is the following: Trainees who will leave the training at the end of the day with sparkling eyes and a big smile which will say “Yes, I finally learned something I even didn’t knew that it exist!”.
