Philip, a co-founder and Director of The Super Generation is a qualified secondary teacher and taught for 10 years in Naas CBS and St. David's CBS, Artane. He is one of the first Buzan Licenced Instructor in Mind Mapping in the Republic of Ireland. He is a Licenced NLP Practitioner, having received his training from the founder of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler. He holds an MSc in Computer Applications for Education and is currently completing an MBA in the University of Warwick.

Philip has over 20 years experience in the education sector and works with young people and corporate organisations to raise their aspirations, beliefs, mindset and therefore their achievements. Philip believes that young people need more than traditional methods of instruction, to optimise their chances of achieving their goals - their beliefs act as accelerators or roadblocks on their road to achievement. Philip combines his passion, the best NLP principles with the latest accelerated learning techniques to provide a powerful learning experience.
