Ryan is a young professional, living and working in Cape Town. He is married to Simoné and together they have a beautiful daughter, Bella.

Ryan is an Organisational Development Manager at Allan Gray and runs their Leadership development programme for new managers. Most of his time in this role is spent facilitating workshops with managers on various topics of leadership. Here he has found that Mind Maps can be a very useful reinforcement tool.

In his free time, you will find Ryan playing sports like action cricket, volleyball and tennis. In fact, anything that present a physical and mental challenge will attract his attention. He is also a Sunday school teacher and enjoys spending time with children and seeing them develop and grow.
