Ann is an independent Change Management Consultant and an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP). She has 28 years experience of managing multi million pound IT and Business change programmes. She has worked across public, private and financial sectors and in each organisation has worked at CEO, general manager and executive levels.

For over 20 years Ann has used Mind Mapping as a key management tool. Now as the only Buzan Licensed Instructor (BLI) in Mind Mapping and iMindMap in Northern Ireland, her goal is to share this creative thinking tool with businesses, schools and universities throughout Ireland via tailored Buzan Mind Map training courses.
