Yasuyuki Hoshika is one of the top masters' swimmer in Japan. He won

the gold medal in Japan Masters swim meet in 2007, the age group of

30-34. He is still getting faster and faster. He is the one of the

anti-aging mindmapper.

Not only his swimming, but he also works for a company with his

excellent English skills and knowledges.

He balances his time with his family, his work, his hobbies and his

swim trainings.

Even though he is very busy, he controls his time, his life quality,

and his time with his family. He has strong mind-mapped base will to

move things going ahead. He uses mindmaps a lot in different area in

order to go over the tough waves and keep the balance.

He graduates UMDS(University of Marketing and distribution sciences)

in 1996, majored in Commerce. After he graduates UMDS, He took the

Business English course in UNSW Australia.
