Kwanrudee Phonanan is the second BLI in Thailand. She started her career as trainer in Training Center, Bank of Ayudhaya, 1989. She then was promoted to be Head of Training Unit, Central Branches Department, Bank of Ayudhaya in1990.

After one year help her family stationery business, she joined Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT) as Training Manager, in 1992 and became PMAT”s Manager from 1992 – 1996. She currently runs Kwan Kao Publishing House and Buzan Centre (Thailand) and is a BLI since 2003.
Together with Tanya Phonanan, they published 20 Thai versions of Tony Buzan’s books, a record for any single publisher that printed most of Buzan’s Books in the world. In addition to Mind Mapping she also introducing Brain Gym in Thailand both introductory talks and translated, edited and published several books on the subject in Thai version. Kwanrudee holds Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Chulalongkorn University and Master Degree (honour) in Public Administration, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).
