Seiji Ueda is managing director of Excel Education Laboratory Co., Ltd., and a spreadsheet software trainer for business usage, who has long experience in financial business area.

He started his career in factory accounting in Panasonic, and then moved to Corporate Finance Dept. in Head Quarter of the Company. He specialised in foreign exchange and investor relations.

He also learned much in rationalisations and systematisations of office routine using spreadsheet software, such as MS excel and Lotus 123. That makes him a professional of user-computing as well.

After 20-year career in Panasonic, he has decided to start his own business to hand over his know-how to the next-generation.

Starting his new business, he met a big challenge. That is Mind Map, which turns his business into a new direction. He concentrates his resources on spreading Mind Map all over Japan, fully utilizing his business experiences.

He is graduated Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. He has been in London from 1997 to 1999, as foreign exchange and settlement manager amongst Panasonic Group in Europe.

He also has several qualifications mainly in financial area, such as Chartered member of Security Analysts Association of Japan (CMA) and Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).
