Bernard has been involved in Learning and Development for over 15 years, heading up a number of multinational training functions. He is currently an Organisation Development and Learning Consultant specialising in designing learning interventions and implementing knowledge management strategies.

He first encountered Mind Maps® while studying for a Masters programme and realised its potential benefit for unleashing creativity and aiding recall.
