Shankar Subramanian is an experienced trainer with more than 17 years of experience in the service industry and corporate training. He is the Founder Director and Principal Consultant of Ninedots. Ninedots specializes in Innovation consulting and training on creativity, Lateral thinking, MindMapping and Leadership interventions.

He is on the advisory committee of various organizations and NGO’s and them resolve their business concerns. Shankar is a Certified Instructor of de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats, Lateral Thinking and a ThinkBuzan Licensed Instructor. He is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and and CPAA.

His passion for creativity made him to research on why people fall into set patterns of thinking and through his findings he has created many innovative programs to promote creativity and innovation in organizations.

He has been a keynote speaker in various meetings, conferences and organization. In a recent keynote conference for a large multinational automotive engineering and IT firm he addressed more than 300 engineers on the aspects of creativity and innovation. He is a passionate trainer and his training programs have a lasting impact on participants who attend his sessions. Shankar’s programs are interactive with a balanced mix of humor and Learning.

Shankar believes that by helping individuals realize their potential and equipping them with critical business skills he contributes to the overall success of the Organization. He is an avid traveler, wildlife photographer and artist and has exhibited his pictures in various galleries in India He is also into dance both in Indian classical dance forms as well as Salsa and Jive. He has a keen interest in the areas of Indian Culture, art, dance and Music.
