Masahiko is the founder and CEO of Dreamstage JAPAN Corporation.
He is also the principal of the Dreamstudy chain of preparatory schools in Japan. He provides not only studying techniques for exams,
but also a variety of extracurricular courses which help his students to brighter future. His extracurricular courses are well known throughout Japan.

Since he has many opportunities to meet parents through his schools, he has been focusing on supporting their parenting.
He has found Childraising Rescue Team and has given seminars and counseling to parents.

Masahiko is also a counselor for business leaders and a management consultant for small businesses. He combines the subjects
biorhythms with potential analyzing through NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), a method he created.

Masahiko believes that if the leaders of houses and companies enjoy using Mind Maps, the idea of Mind Maps will spread. He would love to spread
Mind Maps to children. He also has a clear vision that he wants to create a society in which there are Mind Maps, color pens and big similes for everyone.
