Hermann’s vision, ”A world that encourages everyone to live their true potential”, expresses the passion he has for personal growth; that of others as well as his own.

Having lived and worked on various continents has exposed him to a diversity of peoples and cultures. This made him aware of the huge potential all humans have and motivated him to become a coach.

After attending a presentation by Tony Buzan he realised that Mind Mapping is a tool that not only could compliment his coaching work, but that it is also an excellent key for unlocking human potential.

Today, Hermann focuses on coaching particularly entrepreneurs and executives as well as assisting anyone who wants to grow beyond what they have become.

He also is a key note speaker and runs public speaking workshops as well as mind mapping training.

Hermann is a committee member of the Global Coaching Community, belongs to Comensa and an active Mind Mapper keen to share his knowledge and wisdom.
