After graduation from university, Michiko joined the management at hotel. She went to England and stayed there for two years. During her stay in England, she encountered Mind Map and was impressed with it.

She learned Psychology, aroma therapy and ballroom dance there. She also got coaching regarding self production, manner and action behavior, and those experiences formed the foundation of present her career as an image consultant.

After returning to Japan, she engaged in language education as a lecturer; in the SEIBU group, she engage in hospitality-related business.

She felt keenly the necessity of self-production, She qualified as an image consultant and have been one of the association members of the AICI international image consultant. She established ROCBEAU LTD in June, 2006 as a Chief Executive Officer. Presently, she manages an academy in cooperation with doctors, MBA holders, and other experts in various fields.

She is good at making Mindmaps related to self-introduction and communication, and makes use of mindmaps in counselling sessions. In addition,

It makes the Mind Map for self production and communication proud, is wide even in counseling application. In addition, she is committed to supervising the familes who have children with disabilities by making use of her own experiences in child-care.
