Paul has worked in the Human Resources field for over 25 years.

As a senior HR professional he has been working within leading international companies and family owned businesses in a variety of industries.

Paul is a passionate believer in developing people and has introduced mind mapping in all the organisations he has worked in. It has been successfully used as a project planning tool , for performance appraisals , selection interviews , running effective meetings and within accelerated learning.

Paul first discovered MM in the early nineties when he attended a seminar run by Tony at the IPD conference in Harrogate. He was then trained by Vanda in 1995 and proved beyond doubt its immense value when he achieved an OU degree in half the recommended four year period by utilising the techniques.

Paul and his family moved to Anglesey in 2008 to set up a learning and development business within North Wales.
