Soshiro is Professor of Economics at KGU, Yokohama. His specialty is public management; now he is studying especially strategic management, organizational development, and leadership in public and nonprofit organization. He consults widely on his specialty and studies with public and nonprofit organizations in Japan.
At the present he is widely utilizing Mind Mapping to do his studies, effective education, and consultation. He is author of New Public Management (1999) and Public Management (2001) and besides has wrtten or contributed to numerous books and papers on public management.
He has earned Ph.D in international public policy from Osaka University.
His dream as a BLI is to make organizations and society happy, spreading Mental Literacy based on Mind Mapping.
