He established a strong presence in Middle East the Arab world, conducted more than 2,000 Training Seminar and workshops in Arabic Language, with more than 500,000 participated. He has the Privilege to Mentor Royale Family members and Ministers on Tony Buzan work in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and UAE.

Before deciding to dedicate his career to professional Trainer, Dr. Yousuf led a diversified career life in Kuwait, from working as a Knowledge Manager, and Manager of System Development, in Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, and worked as a Senior Executive of Project Office at Kuwait Finance House No.1 Islamic Banking in Kuwait, and System Consultant at National Industries Company. This broad base of expertise allowed him to link theory with hands-on experience.
