In Jan 2010, I went to Japan for a three weeks training program on Japanese Government scholarship. The training was certification in Innovation and quality practices practiced by Japanese companies: Toyota Motors, Mirai Industries, Kuboto Industries, Daikin Industries and Oval Corporation. By visiting these factories, I was first hand exposed to best innovation practices adopted by these companies. The class room and practical training in these factories created an awakening in me to peruse advanced training in innovation. I am especially indebted to Mr.?? ??Yamazaki Masahiro for arranging this scholarship from Japanese government for my visit to Japan.

To know further about innovation I went UK for being accredited as iMindMap Advanced Instructor and ThinkBuzan licensed Instructor from Tony Buzan Organization. I was personally trained by Mr Chris Griffth, CEO of Think Buzan.
