Top skills taking care of devlopment for young high potential sporstmen or women.

We do use conventional training, coaching, e learning, simulator based training.

We use Mind Mapping, MBTI, MTRI, Process Communication Management.

I am an I N F P in the MBTI typology (Value driven, Imaginative, Adaptative). In the Process Com model, I am a Dreamer (Imaginative, Calm) , Persistor (Value Driven) , Rebell (Fun), Promoter (Action Oriented). I was born in 1962. I am married and I have two children. I use Mind Maps for everything from note taking to preparing courses and recording my tasks (To Do’s maps).
